In the unlikely event of a shipment being lost in transit, we take appropriate measures to address the issue and help ensure your purchase reaches you.

Once your order is dispatched, changes cannot be made. However, cancellations are allowed. To cancel an order, go to 'My Account' → 'Order History', click on the relevant order, and select 'Cancel'.

While we don’t accept returns, we’ll gladly replace damaged items to ensure your satisfaction with our eco-friendly product.

You can track your order 24 hours after it is placed, and you will receive an email from Pack8 with the tracking details.
