At Pack8, we specialize in eco-friendly and often made-to-order paper packaging solutions. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and will provide support in case of damaged or defective products.
No Return Policy
We do not accept returns for:
- Delivered products that are not damaged or defective
- Customized or printed packaging
- Bulk or made-to-order items
- Minor variations in color, size, or finish due to manufacturing processes
All purchases made on www.pack8.in are considered final, unless they qualify under our replacement policy below.
Replacement Policy
We offer free replacements under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged during transit
- The product received is defective or incorrect
To be eligible for a replacement:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
- Clear photos or videos of the issue must be provided
Replacement Request Process
To request a replacement, please follow these steps:
- Email us at reach@pack8.in
- Include the following details:
- Order ID
- Description of the issue
- Supporting images/videos
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
- Once approved, we will:
- Arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost, or
- Provide further instructions if required
Refunds
Refunds are generally not applicable, as we do not accept returns.
However, refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases where:
- A replacement is not possible, or
- The issue is verified and approved by our team
In such cases:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after approval
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- In case of approved replacements, Pack8 will bear the shipping cost
